We may disclose personal information to others in order to service, process or administer business such as underwriting or claims operations. In this context, we may disclose (1) information such as assets, income, name, address, social security number, (2) transaction information such as information about balances, payment history and parties to the transaction; and (3) information from consumer reporting agencies.
We are permitted to disclose personal health information (1) to process your transaction with us, for instance, to determine eligibility for life/health coverage or to process claims, (2) and otherwise as permitted by law.
